“Are you ready for me?” Emiliano asks, pushing Cassie’s dress aside and touching her. Feeling how wet she is, he growls in approval.

Cassandra whispers a breathless “thank you” and sits down. A bottle of wine is brought for them, and as Emilio pours it, a shy smile spreads across her face. She hopes no one notices her flushed cheeks or guesses what they just did.
Emilio seems relaxed, chatting with his uncle as if nothing happened while she’s on edge. Is it her imagination, or is he sitting a little too close? Emilio’s hand rests on her thigh under the table, and it’s not helping her already raging hormones. It just makes her want more of him.
Beth looks at Cassandra and asks, “What’s that on your neck? It’s kind of red.” She points, and Cassandra’s hand instinctively goes to her neck. Emilio grins at her, and she blushes.
“I must’ve bumped into something earlier,” Cassandra says, trying to laugh it off. She shoots Emilio a glare. He’s the one who left the mark on her neck.
“Are you sure?” Emilio whispers, so only she can hear.
She is definitely going to kill him for putting her on the spot like this. She takes a sip of her wine, trying to calm her nerves.
Emilio’s uncle breaks the awkward silence. “How long have you two been together?”
“Two months.” Emilio answers, not missing a beat.

“And you’re engaged? Isn’t that a bit quick“?“”
“We were together before, but we lost touch,” Emilio explains, running his fingers through Cassandra’s hair. “We reconnected recently, and I knew I had to make her mine before someone else did.“,
Mr. Perez turns to Cassandra. “Do you have any family here in New York?”
“No, I don’t have any family.” she answers honestly, “I never knew my biological parents,”
Just as Emilio’s uncle is about to ask another question, Beth interrupts. “Enough with the interrogation, Luis. You’re making her uncomfortable. Let’s order. I’m starving.”
A waiter comes over to take their orders, and the rest of the evening goes smoothly, even though Emilio barely says a word. As they
say goodnight to his aunt and uncle, Cassandra asks, “You were really quiet tonight. Is something wrong?“”
Emilio smiles at her. “I was just eager for the night to end. I kept thinking about how good you felt in my arms. I’ve never had sex without a condom before, and it was incredible. Now, I can’t wait to get you home and pick up where we left off in the elevator.”
Cassandra is speechless as Emilio opens the car door for her. “You wanted to know,” he says.
